- Construction of Surakhani Solar Power Plant (SPP) was completed on May 22, 2014.
- The total area of the station is 7 ha.
- The station is located 3 km south of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in the Surakhani district of Baku.
- The project capacity of the station is 2.8 MW. In 2014, 1.38 MW of power was put into operation in the first stage of construction of the station. From the date of commissioning to January 1, 2022, 10.1 million kWh of electricity was generated at the station.
