Aygun Zeynalova, Deputy Director of the Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Sources (AREA) under the Ministry of Energy, participated in the 4th meeting of the Regional Committee for Europe and Other Regions of the International Solar Association (ISA) held in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.

At the meeting, it was pointed out that Azerbaijan has a high solar energy potential, and the projects implemented in this direction were discussed. At the same time, cooperation with international energy companies on more than 28 GW of "green energy" projects was discussed, and export potential was reported. The meeting also emphasized the importance of Azerbaijan becoming a full member of the International Solar Association.

Ministers and high-level government representatives from 18 countries participated in the event.
