Within the joint cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a training on "Rules for conducting interviews on admission to the Civil Service” was organized with the participation of employees of the Ministry and AREA.

Asad Ismayilov, Head of Department of Civil Service and Human Resources of the Ministrynoted the relevance of the topic and emphasized the importance of this training in terms of more efficient organization of interviews for civil service admission to be held in the next periods.

During the training, which was held with the presentation of representatives of the State Examination Center, views were exchanged on holding interviews on admission to the civil service, its goals and characteristic features, preparation to the interview and main stages of the interview, evaluation criteria, tasks of the commission members participating in the interview, candidate assessment, organization of online interviews and other topics.

Then the participants' proposals on the topic were listened and their questions were answered.
