AREA’s Head of Department Rana Humbatova participated as speaker at the session “Adapting to new realities in the energy sector - regulations, business and education” organized at the 11th Caspian International Power and Green Energy Exhibition held during the Baku Energy Week.

In the speech, the renewable energy projects planned and under development in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as  cooperation in the filed of , clean energyand role of Azerbaijan as reliable regional and international energy partner and supplier of energy resources,the RES capacity building opportunities in the field of renewable energy for young generation and current  and human resources , the Paris Agreement, 2030 renewable energy and 2050 climate goals and other issues were touched upon.

Representatives from Bp, "Masdar" and Baku Higher Oil School  also participated as speakers in the panel discussions.
