Further trainings were held in order to improve the professional skills of civil servants

In order to improve the professional skills of civil servants, a series of trainings continues within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center.

The next trainings under the title of Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants and Overview of Human Resources Management were organized at the Ministry of Energy on 24 and 26 May.

At the training on Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants, the Head of the Section of the Department of Legal Support, Human Resources and Civil Service of the State Examination Center Elnur Abbasov made a presentation on the issues of combating corruption and practical application of ethics conducts in the civil service. The provisions arising from the law on Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants, basic principles and objectives of the rules of Ethics Conduct, loyalty, public trust, increasing professionalism and personal responsibility, impartiality, control over compliance with the rules, the importance of ethics in the Civil Service and other topics were brought to the attention.

In the other training held on "Overview of Human Resources Management", Mirana Rustamli, an employee of the Training Section of the State Examination Center, provided detailed information on the main goals of management, management strategy, HR policy, organization of employees` policy, their selection and placement, adaptation of personnel to a new job, coordination and organization of employees' activities, evaluation of the employee's competence and potential, proper organization of work, motivational measures, personnel evaluation and other topics.

75 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the trainings.
