The 5th meeting of the Sub-Working Group under the Working Group on coordination and monitoring of the implementation of green technologies and energy efficiency requirements in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held.

Javid Abdullayev, the head of the Sub-Working Group and Director of the Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency, opened the meeting with an introductory speech, brought the report on the work done during the current period to the attention of the participants. The decisions of the last meeting of the Working Group were reported.

During the meeting, speeches were heard on the construction works carried out in East Zangezur and Karabakh economic regions and issues arising from the "Green Energy Zone" Concept. Current issues arising from the activities of the Sub-Working Group were also discussed.

At the meeting the representatives from the Ministries of Energy, Economy, Finance, Ecology and Natural Resources, Agriculture, Digital Development and Transport, Emergency Situations, State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee, AREA, State Agency for Highways, National Academy of Sciences, "Amelioration and Water Farm" OJSC, State Oil Company, "Azerenergy" OJSC, "Azerishiq" OJSC, Restoration, Construction and Management Services in Karabakh and East Zangezur Economic Regions, Karabakh Revival Fund participated.
