Ministry of Energy held an online training on the Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants was held.

Asad Ismayilov, Head of Department of Civil Service and  Human Resources, Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Energy noted that such trainings, which are held continuously, play an important role in educating civil servants on the norms established by the law on the Rules of Ethics Conduct of Civil Servants.

Then, Head of the Internal Control Department of the Ministry Elkhan Karimov made a presentation and spoke about the current legislation in this area, the scope of the law, the basic principles and objectives of the rules of ethical behavior, legal mechanisms related to their observance, factors affecting ethical behavior. He gave detailed information on loyalty, public confidence, professionalism and increasing individual responsibility, respect for people's rights, freedom and legal interests, honor and dignity, business reputation, requirements related to the performance of official duties, impartiality, monitoring compliance with the rules of ethics conduct, responsibility for violation of these rules and other topics.

59 employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA participated in the training.
