Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, a training on "Application of legislation on civil service" was conducted.

The training importance of studying and applying the relevant legislative framework in the professional development of civil servants, improving their professional knowledge and skills were highlighted at the training, and the necessity of the trainings organized regularly for this purpose was emphasized.

Lala Gadirova, Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Support and Civil Service Issues of the State Examination Center spoke about the purpose and application of the current law on civil service, the concept and classification of public bodies, the concepts of civil service and servants, duties and principles of civil service, job classification and qualification requirements, rights and duties of civil servants, their legal equality, the rules for qualification degrees and other topics.

Then training participants exchanged views on the rules of admission to the civil service, restrictions related to the civil service and other questions of interest to the participants.

31 employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA participated in the training.
