Tabriz Ammayev, Deputy Director of the Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the second preparatory meeting of the 30th OSCE Economic and Environment Forum held in Lodz, Poland made a presentation at the session dedicated to "Greening the economy through cooperation in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy".

During the presentation, Tabriz Ammayev briefed the participants on the policy implemented by Azerbaijan in the field of  "green" economy and energy, including the renewable energy potential in the liberated territories and the work being done to develop the concept of the "green" energy zone. 

It should be noted that within the framework of the meeting on  "Promoting security and stability in the OSCE area through sustainable economic recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic" discussions were held on topics such as sustainable use of natural resources to protect the environment and support for “green” development, Greening the economy through energy efficiency and cooperation in renewable energy sectors, and digital and technological innovations to accelerate "green" development in the OSCE area.
