- Memorandum was signed on 2023 3 June, a special session on green energy potential of Nakhchivan and Eastern Zangezur was held in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic within the Baku Energy Forum between Ministry of Energy and Nobel Energy Management on the construction of a 400MW solar power plant in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the export of electricity to be generated to the Republic of Türkiye.
