The next training was held within the cooperation with the State Examination Center at the Ministry of Energy. This training covered the topics on Fundamentals of the State (the state structure, state power, legislative system).

The training, which was presented by Javid Jaarchiyev, an employee of the Department of Legal Support, Human Resources and Civil Service of the State Examination Center, provided comprehensive information on state power, legislative system, people's power, human and civil rights and freedoms, main duties of citizens, local self-government bodies and other issues. During the training held in the format of mutual discussion, participants' questions were answered, test tasks on the topic were reviewed.

The representatives of the Ministry of Energy and agencies under the Ministry attended the meeting.
