At the initiative of the Ministry of Energy and with the support of Masdar, members of the Public Council under the Ministry visited the 230 MW Garadagh Solar Power Plant.

Council members got acquainted with the activities of modern electric power generation enterprise, they were informed about the process of construction, operation and integration of the plant into the grid, green energy production indicators, as well as other technical, economic, environmental and social aspects.

The participants of the trip communicated with the specialists working at the station. The specific features of solar energy production were explained to the Council Members and their questions were answered in detail.
