In accordance with the ”Azerbaijan 2030: National priorities for socio-economic development“, the first meeting of the sub-Working Group on the green energy space was held in order to coordinate the activities of the relevant state bodies in connection with the preparation of the”Socio-economic development strategy for 2021-2025".
The meeting, chaired by the head of the sub-Working Group, Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov, was held in videoconference format. The initial draft activities and work plan in the relevant field related to the development of the strategy were discussed. Proposals of the Working Group members were heard. 
It should be remembered that according to the Order No. 161S of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 27, 2021, the initial draft activities and work plan related to the preparation of the strategy will be submitted to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan until 15 March 2021.
