Within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center, the next training was held on the topic the Fight Against Corruption in the Civil Service and the Practical Application of Code of Ethics. 

At the training aiming at increasing the professional skills of civil servants and their education, the Head of the Section of the Department of Legal Assurance, Human Resources and Civil Service of the State Examination Center Elnur Abbasov made a presentation on the issues of fighting against the corruption and practical application of code of ethics in the civil service.  Extensive information was provided on objectives and scope of the Law on Code of Ethics, honest conduct, increasing of professionalism and private responsibility, loyalty, public trust, prevention of conflict of interests, impermissibility of acquiring material and non-material gifts, privileges and concessions, use of property, in accordance with the National Action Plan for 2022-2026 on strengthening the fight against corruption, strengthening the fight in this area and the measures taken, crimes related to corruption and their subjects, implementation of responsibility measures and other issues on the prevention of corruption.

At the end, the rules of code of ethics and examples of offenses related to corruption were discussed jointly and the participants' questions were answered.
