In order to improve the professional skills of civil servants, a series of educational trainings continues within the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Energy and the State Examination Center. The next training was organized on the topic the Interaction System between Employees.

Speaking at the training, Khalida Masimova, Deputy Head of Administration of the Ministry, spoke about the relevance of the topic, the impact of interaction between employees in the field of civil service on the effective activity and development potential of institutions. 

At the training, Gunduz Ahmadli, Leading Adviser of the Department of Legal Support, HR and Civil Service of the State Examination Center provided detailed information on social partnership in the workplace and its positive aspects, the importance, structure and forms of healthy communication, international experience in establishing mutual and beneficial relations between employees, its application issues and other topics. Then participants ' questions were answered and situational judgment-type tests were mutually discussed.

30 employees from the Ministry of Energy, AREA and AERA took part at the training.
