Aygun Zeynalova, Deputy director of the Azerbaijan Renewable Energy Agency (AREA) under the Ministry of Energy, participated in the event called "Baku Connect" jointly organized by the British Embassy and the Energy Industries Council (EIC).

Aygun Zeynalova made a presentation entitled "Caspian-European Union Green Energy Corridor: Concept of Development and Transmission of Green Energy" at the session called "Azerbaijan's energy market review and project opportunities". During the speech, Azerbaijan's green energy goals, renewable energy projects, agreements signed with foreign companies, work done and steps to be taken within the framework of the Strategic Agreement on Development and Transmission of Green Energy signed between the governments of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Romania and Hungary were discussed.

Representatives of more than 50 companies participated in the event.
