Within the cooperation between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Examination Center, a training on assessment of the performance of civil servants was held.

Within the training, Lala Gadirova, deputy head of “Legal support and Civil Service issues” unit of the State Examination Center, informed the participants about the purpose of the assessment of service activities, preparation for assessment, assesment period, criteria, implementation process, actions taken according to the results and tasks related to the implementation of the assessment. During the interactive training, discussions were held on the relevant topic and participants' questions were answered.

32 employees from the Ministry of Energy and AREA under the Ministry participated in the training.
